We are seeking a skilled Telecom VoIP Engineer with extensive experience in SIP, RTP, cloud technologies, and containerization tools like Helm. This role will lead our Support Operations team and ensure seamless service delivery through expert troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership : Lead and manage the Support Operations team, providing technical guidance and support for VoIP and SIP-based services.
Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to SIP, RTP, and other telecommunication protocols, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption.
Cloud Management : Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-based services, leveraging technologies such as Helm and Docker to ensure scalability and efficiency.
VoIP Systems : Design, implement, and maintain robust VoIP systems that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Customer Support : Act as a point of escalation for support issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution in line with customer expectations.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures to support efficient operations and knowledge transfer.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and product management, to support business objectives and drive success.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years experience in telecom, VoIP, SIP, and RTP.
Technical Skills : Proficiency with cloud platforms, Helm, Docker, and other containerization tools.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proven track record of solving complex technical issues.
Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications : Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, ) are a plus.
